Our leisure courses are aimed at those who wish to study the art of painting and drawing as a recreational activity. Many students - from complete beginners to experienced artists – enjoy them.
Stan, our art tutor, believes that with the dedication and determination to practice anyone can learn to draw and paint if taught the correct techniques.

With three different levels of drawing and painting courses available; beginners, improvers and advanced, our leisure courses cater for all abilities.
About our online leisure art courses
Each course consists of approximately 30 hours of study and involves a number of assignments made up of carefully structured, practical drawing or painting projects.
Each assignment focuses on a particular skill, technique or approach to the art of drawing and painting. As you progress through the assignments, you will expand and develop these skills through the various projects.

Course Costs
Each level in the leisure art courses, costs only £148.00 and includes online personal tuition and feedback from Peter Stanyer, our experienced art tutor.
If, as one of Draw and Paint’s leisure students, you subsequently decide to work towards a recognised qualification, there is the option to back track and use your work for a City & Guilds qualification. An administration and examination fee of £100 is applicable. For full details please contact us.
